We’re excited to announce that this fall, we’ll be leading several individuals and families to plant a new church in Kansas City’s most eclectic community, Westport. Westport is a city center positioned between the Country Club Plaza and Kansas City’s revitalized downtown. More than starting a new church, the mission of Creative Community will be to birth relationships with the Westport community, demonstrate the fullness of the Kingdom of God, and to train and develop future leaders for the cause of Christ. Simply put, our mission is Life, Motion, and Existence.
This is more than an announcement; it’s a call to arms. We need your participation and want to invite you to partner with us. In the next few days we’ll have information on our website: www.creativecommunity.tv. We need to raise initial capital and also secure monthly donors to help us budget this ministry for the first twelve months. We also want to develop a strong prayer network as we endeavor to lead an unprecedented move of God in our city. Follow the next 21 posts that will serve as devotions and prayer guides pertaining to our launch on Saturday November 6th.
We’re operating with the full support of Christ Triumphant Church, Senior Pastors Alan and Carol Koch, and their leadership team. They’re partnering with us to plant this church by providing oversight, financial support, and the resources needed to ensure the success of this ministry. We will have an ongoing relationship with them and Ronnin and I will continue providing leadership and ministry at Christ Triumphant Church.
